My wife and I have trained with Mike for about three years now. I've slowly added about 4 kg of muscle to my frame over the last few years. 

He is very flexible when it comes to working around my schedule. I train twice a week via Zoom which works around my busy job and once in person in the gym.

After struggling with physiotherapy following my ACL replacement, it was Mikey’s personalised training program, nutritional advice and continuous support that has significantly improved my quality of life.

This allowed me to get back on the golf course and lose 10 kilos in the process!

Mikey is the most fantastic Personal trainer! Mikey has curated personal workouts that best suit me and my body. He worked around my scoliosis focusing on strength training, conditioning, mobility and calisthenics. Our workouts are tough and you really feel the burn, whilst having a good laugh at the same time!
