ABOUT ME

Personal training

I have spent 10 years in the personal training industry in Chelsea. My clients cover many walks of life. From busy finance professionals, injury rehabilitation, pre/ post natal mothers, OAPs & weekend warriors. I take a holistic, long term sustainable approach with all clients.

I graduated with a degree in Exercise & Health studies covering training, psychology and nutrition. I believe the psychological aspect of personal training is the most important element for change. 

 

I was a competitive powerlifter at national level, coached various football clubs and won national titles in football in University. This past has given me a great knowledge on how our bodies move, injury prevention and rehabilitation.

With a keen interest in the outdoors, bouldering, climbing, hiking & trail running I understand that training is a tool to help us enjoy our life outside work to the fullest.

Whether it be lasting longer on the ski slopes, aiding your running or simply having more energy to play with your kids/ grandkids.

 

My goal is to enable you to enjoy your hobbies and interests outside the gym and work to the fullest.
