Of course!
The first session is a no strings attached consultation/ PT taster. We will chat about your current lifestyle and habits, highlight any barriers or hurdles you may have. Learning your barriers helps paint a picture of what you need going forward.
We will do a shorter training session to give you a feel for how I run a session and how training will be aimed at supplementing your goals outside of the gym.
The trial session enables me to assess your strengths & weaknesses. Based on this, I can design your training plan for the coming months.
Gym sessions are based in Duo Chelsea PT studio, 2A Gunter grove, SW10 0UJ located less than 10 minute walk from Fulham Broadway underground and Imperial Wharf overground station.
This a private boutique PT studio with no more than 6 trainers + 6 clients at a time. Towels are provided and there are showers on site.
- You get access to my 3 recipe e-books. High protein e-book, Low carb e-book & 5 ingredient e-book. Each e-book has over 50 recipes each and is fully compatible with the myfitnesspal app.
- Support via Whatsapp. No question you may have is too big or small, my aim is to help you make good decisions/plans on your own that align with any bad habits you're trying to break and any good habits you're trying to make!
- Programs uploaded to coaching app including instructional videos for those who wish to have access to workouts to compliment their PT sessions or to do whilst travelling
- Shares, links and useful files on creating healthy habits, podcasts I feel are useful for where you are in your journey and articles you might benefit from reading
In person PT rates range from £100 - £110 based on the size bundle you buy.
8 sessions - £880 (£110 per session)
16 sessions - £1,600 (£100 per session)
2 - 1 personal training (two clients at once) - £150 per session
Zoom sessions are £65 for 1 hour or £55 for 45 minutes
Hybrid bundles are discussed based on training frequency and the detail needed on your online plan
