About me

I am a trainer based in a personal training studio in Chelsea. I also cover areas such as in Hammersmith & Fulham,  and Battersea and Wandsworth area. My clients cover many walks of life. Busy professionals, injury rehabilitation, pre/ post natal mothers, OAPs & weekend warriors.

I graduated with a degree in Exercise & Health studies covering training, psychology and nutrition. I believe the psychological aspect of personal training is the most important element for change. 


I was a competitive powerlifter at national level, coached various football clubs and won national titles in football in University. This past has given me a great knowledge on how our bodies move, injury prevention and rehabilitation. 

With a keen interest in the outdoors, bouldering and hiking I understand that training is a tool to help us enjoy our life outside work to the fullest. My goal is to enable you to be able to do the same.

I offer a variety of training services to ensure you can train no matter how busy your schedule.

All packages include:

Hands on personal training


Closely monitored gym or home training

Develop a training programme for your needs. Learn how to lift weights safely under close, detailed supervision.


Learn proper form to give you the most efficient workout possible and build  confidence to train alone.


Outside of the personal training sessions, you will keep a food diary which is examined weekly yo ensure you make progress both inside and outside the gym. 

Advanced flexibility training

Hybrid coaching

1-1 Personal Training + Online gym programming

If you lack structure in your gym sessions  and wish to perfect your lifting technique  this is for you. 

Hybrid coaching consists of 

- 1-1 personal training sessions either weekly or monthly in addition to following a custom made gym programme to do on your own.

The Personal training sessions will aim to familiarise you with the exercises performed on the program that you will carry out alone during the week 

Online zoom personal training


1-1 or small group Zoom training

Want to workout from the comfort of your own home? No time to travel with work?


Zoom personal training is a great way to workout whilst travelling utilising whatever gym, furniture you have available. 

Let me help you utilise the equipment you have available (if any) to help you get the best results possible.

Calisthenics training

Mikey is the most fantastic Personal trainer! Mikey has curated personal workouts that best suit me and my body. He worked around my scoliosis focusing on strength training, conditioning, mobility and calisthenics. Our workouts are tough and you really feel the burn, whilst having a good life at the same time!
